  • 1 annual hearing test with device verification using Real Ear Measurements
  • Batteries for one year
  • Cleaning care & maintenance supplies for one year
  • Curb-side pick-up and drop-off for repairs for one year
  • Same day urgent care appointments for one year

2 Year Plan
